Report something
Every piece of content in Choirside can be reported, tracks, recordings, choir details, and profiles, and announcements and playlists once those arrive. Open the item, choose report, and pick a reason.
Reports come straight to us. We review them and aim to act within 24 hours, removing anything that breaks our Terms of Service and suspending or removing accounts where that’s warranted.
You won’t be told who reported what, and the person you report isn’t told who raised it.
Block someone
Blocking hides that person’s recordings from you, and hides yours from them. It doesn’t remove either of you from the choir, and they aren’t notified.
If someone shouldn’t be in the choir at all, ask your director or the choir owner to remove them, that’s the stronger step.
Concerns about a young member
Choirside is for people aged 13 and over, and many choirs include teenagers. There’s no private messaging in Choirside: anything a director posts to a choir is visible to the whole choir.
If you’re worried about how an adult is behaving toward a young member, report it in the app and email support@broadheadsoftware.com. We treat these as urgent, remove the content while we look into it, and involve the appropriate authorities where necessary.
